I'm a dietician and here's what I have in my pantry. I think you're going to be surprised about what I have. I mean, I do have pistachios, love these, portion controlled, 120 calories each. I do have oatmeal in here for one of my kids. It does have the sugar in it. It's fine. As you know, I'm all about everything in moderation.
Pasta, we do the protein pasta from Gorilla Plus. These are one of my favorite cookies. It's by Alyssa's, healthy oatmeal bites. So good. As you can see, I don't have a very organized pantry. Yep. Have these for my kids. I do have slivered almonds to throw on the oatmeal. We love these. If you want another treat, everything in moderation.
These thin stir cookies are great. They're delicious. They totally hit the spot. I do love hearts of palm and artichoke hearts. Cut them up, throw them in a salad. Sometimes I even roast these artichoke hearts. So good. Tortilla chips to dip in some guac. Love this brand. I do love these from the ground up cauliflower chips.
But as you can see, I have like plenty of normal things in my house. Drizzle licious. Again, we love these treats. Even a good old fashioned box of brandy mix. As you can see, I'm all about everything in moderation. Don't restrict myself or my kids here. And I'm the snack house.
